Van Aarsen is dedicated to enhancing operational excellence through comprehensive training sessions for users of our supplied automation, equipment, and accessories. EMERGENCY SERVICES
Emergency Definition: Complete downtime of the Van Aarsen machine or >50% production loss for a period longer than 2 hours due to malfunctioning of a Van Aarsen machine.
Emergency Technical Support* – Weekend and After-Hours Service
We understand that equipment issues don’t always adhere to regular office hours. Our emergency support service, available during weekends and outside standard office times, ensures prompt assistance when you need it most. *Please note that this service incurs additional costs.
Service Hours
Our emergency service operates on business days, weekends, and holidays from 8:00 to 23:00 (CET). During this period, you can expect a fast response when contacting us at service@vanaarsen.com. Our team is committed to making every effort to address your concerns promptly.
Information for Quick Assistance
When notifying us of an issue, please provide essential details such as customer name, machine type, problem description, situational details, and any relevant images or videos. Our on-duty staff will offer support via email or phone, calling in second-line support as needed.
Remote Engineer Access
For clients with Remote Engineer access, remote troubleshooting is available. Ensure a stable internet connection for effective support; responsibility for connection stability lies with the customer.
On-Site Assistance
If on-site support is required outside office hours, it depends on the availability of our Field Service Engineers.
