For the Bom Jesus Complex in Medianeira, Van Aarsen supplied high-capacity process equipment for the poultry feed production facilities of LAR Cooperative. The supplied process equipment was designed to operate reliably within a demanding, large-scale production environment. The integrated process setup contributes to:

Standardized technology supporting reliable daily operation
The supplied Van Aarsen equipment was selected to support stable process performance, consistent feed quality, and operational continuity within LAR Cooperative’s integrated poultry production chain.
Two dedicated production lines were equipped:
A breeder feed line with a capacity of 45 tph for micro-dosing, grinding and mixing
A broiler feed line with a capacity of 40 tph, integrating micro-dosing, grinding, mixing, and pelleting
By applying proven process technology within both lines, the installation supports efficient production processes while maintaining flexibility for different feed applications.
